Description

The sponge, baked with plenty of cocoa powder,is light, fluffy, and delicately textured. Rolled with a chocolate cream made with a higher ratio of fresh cream, it is then finished with chocolate shavings and our house-made, melt-in-the-mouth ganache-style chocolate.

Serving & Storage

The ice pack is effective for one (1) hour, so please storage it to the chiller for optimum condition.

To enjoy your cake at its best,  please consume it within one (1) day of purchase.
