Description

To recreate the rich texture of traditional Castella, we use 1.5 times more egg yolks than in a standard sponge recipe. This results in a texture that’s light and airy, yet soft, melt-in-your-mouth, and gently springy. 

Serving & Storage

The ice pack is effective for up to one (1) hour.
Kindly store the product in the refrigerator within this time to maintain its optimal condition.

For the best taste and quality, we recommend consuming the product within one (1) day of purchase.
