All orders placed on our website are considered pre-orders and are subject to full payment upon checkout.
Once payment has been made, the order will be processed based on the pickup date selected by the customer.
- Pickup only: All orders must be collected at our shop, kotsu kotsu, located in Kuala Lumpur. We do not provide delivery or courier services.
- Order accuracy: Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.
- No cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment has been made.
- Incorrect orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at pastrykotsukotsu@gmail.com. Refunds or replacements will only be provided in cases where the order received is incorrect.
