What are your opening hours and where are you located?

We are located at No. 34-G, Jalan 24/70A, Desa Sri Hartamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.

We are open daily from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Do you accept table reservations at the shop?

We do not offer table reservations, and all guests are welcome on a walk-in basis.

Can I reserve cakes in advance?

For same-day pickup, orders have to be placed one day in advance, via our website: www.kotsukotsumy.com

Can I request a birthday greeting on chocolate plaque?

Absolutely! We would be happy to add a candle and a chocolate plaque with the message “Happy Birthday!” to make your celebration extra special.

Please include your request in the remarks section when placing your order on our website.

Do you offer delivery?

We do not offer delivery. Our cakes are freshly made with a soft, delicate texture and can be easily damaged during transport.
To ensure the highest quality, we offer pickup only.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, card, QR Pay (GrabPay, TNG), and online bank transfer.

Do your desserts contain allergens?

Some of our products contain specific ingredients that may be allergens.
