Description

A soft and rich roll cake made with plenty of egg yolks, similar in texture to castella. Filled with fresh strawberries, whipped cream, sweet red bean paste, and soft mochi.

The fluffy sponge and chewy mochi create a delightful contrast, bringing together the flavors and texture inspired by traditional Japanese Daifuku.

Serving & Storage

The ice pack is effective for one (1) hour, so please storage it to the chiller for optimum condition.
